That way is cool, and very quick, but there is times it can be wrong. Here’s a quick video from another producer showing how to do it.

If it’s a faster song choose a high range and if it’s a slower song choose a slower range. Just go to the top left of the audio and after clicking that just click “detect tempo”. The first thing you can do is use samples and loops that are easy to search or are already labeled.
